We are currently looking to recruit a Class 2 driver with a remote HIAB Lorry Loader qualification to work at our client who is a reputable builder's merchants in and around the Northampton area. The role will be varied and may be up to 10 drops. Shifts will be Monday - Friday with 0700-0800 starts and occasional Saturday mornings may be required. This would best suit someone who is used to dealing with the high pressure environment of delivery to both industrial and residential properties. We have a major customer with a consistent requirement for good drivers to cover trunking plus also some delivery and collection work. Possibly doing one, two or three days during the week or weekend work, or both. The depot works on a 24 hour basis, so there are all sorts of times available. You must have good route knowledge and have a thorough understanding of Road Transport regulations. Must have class 1 (C+E) licence. No more than 6 points, no DR/DD codes accepted Must have a digital tachograph card. Need to be flexible, as various hours of work available.
