Job Description
Royal Mail Letters has embarked on a significant transformation programme that impacts our people, our customers and our operations. The full scale of the change encompasses automation, standardisation and rationalisation, whilst implementing commercial innovation and new products. This transformation is a key strategic driver of our business, and will further position Royal Mail as the premier postal operator in Great Britain. We are looking for exceptional individuals to join the change community and help drive transformational change in one of our defined geographical localities. As the Change Deployment Lead you will be responsible for leading a new approach to business transformation by designing, influencing and leading change activities across a defined geographical area. Salary range i 1 238 k - i 1 245K + up to a potential 18% bonus

Requirements
Working closely with the local team and HR business partners, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated view of the change impacts across a defined geographical locality, and deploying the change approaches and tools to manage them. You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness to manage the change, and that sufficient capacity and capability exists to manage them across the defined geographical area. You will be responsible for developing and leading the change work, including the introduction of change networks, to successfully deliver the transformation .
Where will you work?

You will be based in the Devon & Cornwall area.

The Individual
You will display strong Leadership, influencing and communication capabilities and have a passion for delivery. You will be dynamic and be able to build effective relationships at all levels. You will be able to quickly understand or have prior detailed knowledge of our processing operations and the impact of change across relevant functions, facilities and personnel. Experience in diverse multi i 1 2million programme or project deployment in blue chip or public sector organisations is desirable.
