Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a World leading IT Services Provider, have a requirement based in Leeds, for a Customer Service Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to gain varied experience within a World Leading IT Service Provider and the health service. This role is required to support a Project, which will make it easier for Healthcare Practitioners (GPs), to access patient information, on a national basis. You will be required to visit to Healthcare Practices to help maintain, install and review new it systems. This role requires extensive travel throughout England (possibly 4 days out of 5 ), so a car driver is essential. The successful candidate will have the following skills or experience:- -Excellent customer service background. -People skills are key, as may be dealing with staff who are resistant to using a new system. -Initiative - being able to work alone and take ownership for issues that arise. -Flexibility - the ability to adapt to new situations and being able to travel at short notice. -High attention to detail. -A proven track record of successfully operating in teams or projects. -A methodical approach is required, as set processes need to be adhered to. -Prior experience of working in an office environment -Degree level education (2:2 or above) or equivalent. -A full driving license is required. Full training will be provided and working alone will not occur until this is completed. The use of a pool car is also provided.
