Level 4 Forklift Driver

Our client is looking for a capable and competent Forklift driver with both Counterbalance and Reach licences. Working for a prestigious company in an excellent working environment on Mon-Fri rotation shift - initially starting on a 1100-1900 shift and then rotating on a 0700-1500 week one and then 1300-2100 week two. As the products being transported are very expensive our client requires the highest levels of competence on both trucks. Successful candidate will be physically fit, numerate and literate but most importantly as it a bonded warehouse - would require an up-to-date Level 4 certificate, being able to provide a 5 year referencing history and be prepared to complete a criminal record check. Incident Management Agent/Incident Agent/Call Incident Agent

Seeking a Incident Management Agent/Incident Agent/Call Incident Agent to work for a major blue chip IT organisation. You will manage incidents logged by users on high profile accounts. You will have strong awareness of contractual requirements and apply these to work undertaken. Provide back up support to other areas of the Customer Services Centre. You will excellent communication skills, knowledge of ITIL best practices (ideally). Extensive experience in a call centre ideally within Incident Management. Good PC skills. Self motivated. You will ideally also have knowledge of standard IT related products. Previous IT related call centre exposure. Hours are between 8.00-18.00 on a standard 7.5 hour day. Must be a car owner/driver as there is no public transport to the site. Location: Berkshire, Slough
