THE JOB
The job involves delivery of temperature controlled loads around the UK.
You will drop and collect trailers at different customer depots.
Some loads are time sensitive so good geographical knowledge as well as excellent communication is an advantage.
All loads are palletised and will be forked off at the delivery destination. The will be occasions when you may be required to assist using a PPT.
THE DRIVER
Ideally drivers will have prior experience with chilled/frozen loads however training will be given so it not essential.
Must have excellent knowledge of WTD
You must have a Class 1 (C+E) licence, digi card and CPC
Drivers will be trunking to various customers around the UK. Some customers may require multiple trailer swaps so experience dropping and swapping trailers is an advantage.
The operation is 24/7 so we can accommodate day, night and weekend drivers.
Nights out are available - please specify if you are interested in nighting out.
Start times for days are usually 03:00 onwards.
Start times for nights are usually 16:00 onwards.
